BOSB ARBA National Convention 2008!

3rd place out of 21 in the 2009 NALRC Statler Breeders Class at the NALRC Nationals.  

We are extremely proud of this accomplishment as you had to have 4 offspring to show how the rabbit can pass on their qualities.  Given our limited breedings this year, we only had 4 offspring to bring from Sinbad, showing he clearly is a superior herd buck!   Two of his offspring are pictured below.

The focus of PrideRock's breeding program is on breeding to the standard for mane and body. Using some the best lines available, it is our intent to produce quality kits in mainly COD colors. Currently, Gail Gibbons is the 1st COD holder and will be attempting her 2nd presentation at the ARBA Convention in 2009 - we wish Gail the best of luck as she works to move this wonderful breed forward!  1 out of 3 done!
 

 

In addition to Lionheads, the family has branched into a couple recognized breeds, which we will have available for sale from time to time.  These include English Spots, Rhinelander's, Netherland Dwarf's and the occasional Tan.   HMD's Gordon is pictured at right - he won BIS at the2008 Sandhills Rabbit Fanciers Show in Greensboro, NC,, show C and BOSV at 2008 ARBA National Convention (youth), just to name a few!  Below him is his daughter Pride Rock's Fontana, blue, Jr. Doe, pictured with my son Christopher and judge Julie Ueno winning BRIS and the NCRBA Convention in show C, 2009.  Like father, like daughter!
